We split the difference between 1-on-1 personal training & larger group fitness classes, creating small training groups of up to 20 people at a time led by experienced coaches. This allows us to provide as much necessary attention as personal training while making it more fun and affordable.

Group Training

Muscle Building
This program is designed to help participants build muscle mass and strength through a combination of strength training exercises and proper nutrition. The focus is on increasing muscle size and strength through a variety of exercises, including weight lifting, bodyweight exercises, and other strength training methods.
Fat Loss
This program is designed to help participants lose body fat and improve their overall body composition through a combination of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and proper nutrition. The focus is on burning calories and reducing body fat through a variety of exercises and strategies.

Flexibility
This program is designed to improve participants' flexibility and range of motion through a variety of stretching and mobility exercises. The focus is on increasing flexibility and improving joint stability and movement patterns.
Wellness
This program is designed to promote overall physical and mental health and well-being. It may include a variety of exercises and activities, such as yoga, meditation, and other relaxation techniques, as well as nutrition and lifestyle guidance.
Cardio
This program is designed to improve participants' cardiovascular endurance through a variety of cardio exercises. The focus is on increasing endurance and improving heart and lung function through activities such as running, cycling, and other cardiovascular training methods.
Strength and conditioning
This program is designed to help participants improve their strength, endurance, and overall physical conditioning through a variety of strength training and cardio exercises. The focus is on building strength, improving endurance, and increasing overall fitness levels.
